'Yves Piaget', bred by Meiland (France) and released in 1975, is a hybrid tea rose renowned as the progenitor of the Yves series. Growing 85–110 cm tall, it produces 12 cm peony-shaped flowers with 80–90 petals, featuring deep pink centers fading to soft pink edges and serrated margins. The blooms exude a strong, lasting fragrance of brocade and fruits. A repeat bloomer from spring to autumn, it shows vigorous growth with semi-upright, well-branched stems, dark green semi-glossy leaves, and strong disease resistance. Awarded multiple international prizes (e.g., 1982 Belgian Relx Gold, 1992 Paris Bagatelle Gold), it has spawned numerous hybrid varieties in Japan.
