We use FedEx /USPS Priority Mail /UPS for the shipments and find out that there are very rare occasions that roses arrive in a condition we would find unacceptable. When that happens, please contact us. We will examine each request for a refund or replacement on a case by case basis. Shipping
Regarding shipping, please note that orders placed in 2025 will be shipped from late October to early spring of 2026. If you require your order to be shipped sooner, please leave us a note or contact us directly and we will work with you to accommodate your needs.
